What We Did:
The company was looking to standardize business processes across departments and improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. We were also given the task to implement a company-wide ERP system. We designed process workflows and integrated them with the ERP System. We documented process flow charts for implementation of standard practices across all branches. We also re-designed their costing model which resulted in improved margins and overall profitability of the Company’s operations.
