What We Did:
The information relating to production and inventory was maintained in manual records, hence; the MIS reporting system was not robust. The Management needed an online MIS Reporting System with up-to-date information reporting for their day-today decision making needs in the following businesses areas namely Production, Inventory, Business Development and Accounts. We designed data capturing tools for each department and created Dashboard and MIS Reports linked to such databases. This enabled the Management in reviewing real-time information on a day-today basis and improved their decision making process.
